Shenzhen Xiewei Electronic is a professional manufacturer of POE series, switching power supplies, pigtails and computer cables with five years' manufacturing and exporting experience. Our main products are HDMI cables, LAN cables, VGA cables, RF cables and network cables. We have over 100 models for customers to choose from, with our HDMI cables as our newest addition. We apply 5S Quality Management System and ERP Management Schemes, allowing our products to have UL certification.
We have two factories covering a total of 3,000 square meters housing 300 workers including and 20 manufacturing machines imported from Japan and Taiwan with a monthly productivity of 1 million pieces. We export 90% of our products to Europe, North and South America as well as East and South Asia, where most of our products are popular. We can deliver goods within three, three to five and one month for urgent, 1,000-piece and one-million-piece orders respectively.
We are constantly developing electronic products and we spend 15% of our total sales on R&D, training and equipment updates. OEM projects currently take 70% of our orders. For that we have five R&D staff with over five years' experience from AMP, Tyco and Belden who man equipment imported from the US and Switzerland. They can make a sample according to customer requirements in 10 days.
